Next-day delivery is an option but must be specified at the time of ordering. Otherwise, anticipate receiving your order within 5-7 days.

Delivery is free for orders totaling 200 AED or more. For orders under 200 AED, there is a delivery charge of 20 AED.

Orders to the UK: Current delivery dates are March 27th and the beginning of July. Delivery charge: £4

For any changes to your order, such as size or color adjustments, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order. Changes requested after this timeframe cannot be accommodated or refunded.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed if incorrect initials or names are provided by the customer.

In the rare instance that we input the wrong initials or name, a replacement will be provided within 2 days.
